You’ll meet with either our HR team and a Senior Associate, or directly with your potential Manager; depending on the role and stage. This conversation helps us understand your experience, work style, and fit, and may include a short case study to see how you think through real situations. Come ready with questions and curiosity! This is your chance to get a clear picture of what the role and team are really like.
