Cadence Translate is seeking Sales Development Representatives to assist in converting interested leads to paying clients.
We're a leading investment advisory language services firm. Through professional interpretation, translation, and transcription, we enable our clients to unlock better business insights at every stage of the investment cycle across the language barrier. Our full-time employee cohort represents over 10 nationalities, and our linguist community includes over 2,500 freelancers that speak 25+ languages based around the globe. Our clients include the world’s leading hedge funds, private equity firms, venture capital firms, mutual funds, consulting firms, and expert networks.

Initiate conversations over email and phone with inbound leads;
Reactivate leads who have shown low engagement;
Setting up phone calls between interested leads and the Client Services (CS) team;
Identify and contact key client prospects based on existing client data.
1-2 years work experience in a sales or customer service role;
Previous experience using CRM tools (especially Salesforce);
Educational or professional background in finance.
Complete English fluency (additional Mandarin Chinese fluency strongly preferred);
A passion for client service;
Independent problem-solving skills;
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
Strong communication skills.
